Susan Blake, a patient registration clerk in the drive-thru lab on the campus of Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for June.

Blake, of Jacksonville, has worked at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2017.

Blake uses her knowledge of patient registration processes and her natural work ethic and ability to communicate respectfully and effectively to ensure the drive-thru lab delivers high-quality patient care each day, said hospital officials.

Outside of work, Blake enjoys attending church, working in her flower garden, reading and attending craft markets. She has a special interest in antique tractors.
