Amy Theivagt, a patient financial services representative at Springfield Memorial Hospital, is the System Resources Colleague of the Month for April at Memorial Health.

Theivagt’s uplifting personality has a positive effect on both her co-workers and her clients, said Memorial Health officials.

“With each phone call she handles, Amy is kind, courteous and thorough,” said Theivagt’s supervisor, Tara Dillon, credit and collections manager. “Even with the most grumpy caller, she’ll take a gloomy day and make it full of sunshine.”

Theivagt, of Petersburg, has worked at Memorial Health since 2019.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family at the local dirt track, where she cheers on her husband and son-in-law as they race stock cars and her oldest grandson as he participates in go-kart races.
