Pat Dianora, custom fitting specialist for the Durable Medical Equipment division of Memorial Home Services, was recognized as the Memorial Medical Center September Colleague of the Month.

Dianora has worked at Memorial Health System for more than 16 years and is best known for managing the Mastectomy Boutique, where she fits mastectomy patients for bras and prostheses.

“Pat has many roles, but the one that is most important to her is managing the Mastectomy Boutique,” Erika Scott, Dianora’s supervisor, said. “Pat frequently refers to those patients as [her] ‘ladies.’”

Dianora was instrumental in reopening the Mastectomy Boutique after the COVID-19 pandemic forced the boutique to reevaluate processes to keep patients, visitors and colleagues safe.
