Early in 2020 much of the work taking place at Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital focused on preparing to treat potential patients affected by COVID-19. But even while navigating ever-changing concerns and acting upon the latest information, colleagues were being recognized for their outstanding work as colleagues of the month. Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital announced March 2020 – August 2020 recipients today.
“These colleagues are a representation of our entire team at ALMH. They helped make it possible for us to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic with compassion, diligence and flexibility,” said Dolan Dalpoas, ALMH president and CEO.
The colleagues of the month are as follows: Rachel Sanders (dietary department), Mike Turley (environmental services), Jill Usherwood (emergency), Eric Burton (materials management), Amy Knox (rehabilitation) and Shae Hallmark (security).
The individuals earned the college of the month honor because of their daily commitment to put safety first, show respect and compassion to others, exhibit never ending commitment to quality and creating a healthy community.
“I’m very proud to have these individuals as part of our team. And I can’t thank all of our colleagues enough for their dedication to providing high quality and safe healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond,” said Dolan Dalpoas, ALMH president and CEO.
