Michael Maitar, MD

Michael Maitar, MD, is a gastroenterologist. He earned a medical degree from the University of Baghdad School of Medicine in Iraq. He served a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he was also Chief Medical Resident.
