Merideth Chapman, APRN

Merideth Chapman, APRN, is a family nurse practitioner. She earned a bachelor of science in nursing and a master of science in nursing degree from Chamberlain University. A veteran of the U.S. Army, where she served as a tactical air traffic controller, she has extensive experience in family medicine and home health.
