Recognition of Donors 

Guardian Angel Recognition Program: Our Guardian Angel Program allows a grateful patient or loved one of a patient to formally recognize and thank a doctor, nurse or the employees of an entire department or clinical program whose compassion and commitment played a role in a patient’s return to wellness. A financial contribution through the Guardian Angel Program is a meaningful and lasting gift. Your donation supports the future of not only your own medical care, but will serve countless others in the community as the Foundation provides funding to many of the most-necessary services and programs at JMH. When you honor a caregiver with a donation through the Guardian Angel Program, the caregiver is publicly recognized by hospital leaders before an audience of peers. The caregiver also receives a lapel pin and a framed certificate acknowledging that a donation to the Foundation through the Guardian Angel Program was made in the caregiver’s name.

Annual Giving Clubs include donor names listed on the Foundation’s donor display in the Main Lobby and in publications with the following gifts: Diamond Club $5,000 or more;  Platinum Club $2,500 - $4,999; Gold Club $1,000 - $2,499; Silver Club $500 - $999; Bronze Club $100 - $499. Donors can also choose to remain anonymous. 

Cornerstone Society: Members of the Cornerstone Society provide significant financial support for emerging priorities including cost of implementing quality programs, services and technology to meet the ever-changing needs of our community. Donor names are permanently listed on the Foundation’s donor display in the JMH Main Lobby and various publications. Membership requires $10,000 or more: a single gift of $10,000 or more or a pledge of $1,000 or more annually over a period of up to 10 years.

Legacy Society: Legacy planned gifts include future commitments through will bequests and provisions in trusts; stocks or savings bonds; and beneficiary of retirement plan benefits or IRA, charitable gift annuities and life insurance policies. Knowledge of your intentions allows us the opportunity to thank you for your foresight and generosity. Your declaration also enables others to see the importance of charitable giving and serves as inspiration for others to follow your lead to provide for future health care needs of our community.

Other giving options include annual giving, gifts of remembrance, bequests, gifts of stock/farmland/real estate/grain/annuities, life insurance, beneficiary designations, endowments, IRA charitable rollovers.
