A Loving Start – Caring for Yourself and Your Newborn

Decatur Memorial Hospital

9/16/2026 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

In this class, you will learn the foundations of newborn care including skin to skin, feeding cues, bathing, and safe sleep. You will also discover how to care for yourself in the weeks following delivery. A tour will be offered at the end of each class. Class time is approximately 90 minutes.

Classes will be held on the 3rd floor, in the DMH Family Birth Center classroom.
