Decatur Memorial Hospital

Located in Decatur, Illinois, Decatur Memorial Hospital is a 280-bed, not-for-profit, community hospital that has provided medical care for residents of central Illinois since 1916.

DMH is a designated Level II Trauma Center and a Primary Stroke Center. Inpatient services include orthopedics, cardiopulmonary, vascular medicine, gastroenterology, oncology and neurosciences, emergency medicine and laboratory and radiology services. Outpatient services include infusion, physical therapy, cancer care and more.

DMH is rated as high performing in multiple procedures and conditions by U.S. News & World Report.

New EKG Equipment Enhances Cardiac Care for Decatur Area Patients

Memorial Specialty Care Cardiology has a new electrocardiogram (EKG) machine, thanks to donor support through the Decatur Memorial Foundation. The equipment, which cost $21,500, is already improving the speed, accuracy and overall quality of cardiac care for patients in Decatur and the surrounding region.
