Tanya Andricks Named Decatur Memorial Hospital President and CEO

9/17/2025

Tanya Andricks has been named president and CEO of Decatur Memorial Hospital, effective Oct. 13.

Since 2013, Andricks has been CEO of Crossing Healthcare, a federally qualified health center serving patients in Decatur and across central Illinois.

“Tanya’s thorough understanding of the health needs of Macon County residents, as well as her expertise at managing a complex healthcare organization, make her the ideal candidate to lead DMH into the future,” said Mandy Eaton, PhD, president and CEO of Memorial Health.

DMH is part of Memorial Health, which also includes the Memorial Care primary care and urgent care locations in Decatur, as well as Decatur-based Memorial Specialty Care.

Andricks began her career as a registered nurse in the DMH Emergency Department 30 years ago. She went on to become director of maternal and child nursing before spending 12 years as executive director of home health services.

She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Millikin University and a master of health administration degree from Ohio University. She has served as a member of the Millikin University Board of Trustees since 2017. She also has served on the DMH and Memorial Health boards.

Andricks replaces former DMH President and CEO Drew Early, who was promoted to Memorial Health Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer earlier this year.

“It’s exciting to return to DMH, where I began my career, as president and CEO,” Andricks said. “DMH plays a crucial role in the health and well-being of our community, and it’s an honor to help carry on that mission.”
