Diana Loeffler, a patient access team leader at Lincoln Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for May.

Loeffler was nominated by a patient who received outstanding care for an outpatient procedure. Loeffler welcomed the patient from the front desk and ensured she had all the appropriate information.

“Diana had a great demeanor about her and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable,” wrote the patient. “She explained everything to me in detail while completing her tasks. She even made a point to say goodbye to me while I was being taken out the front door by the nurse after my procedure was over.”

Loeffler has worked for Lincoln Memorial Hospital since 2012.
