Melinda Muller, an insurance pre-authorization specialist, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for March.
Muller is well regarded by colleagues for her exceptional skills, follow-through and enthusiasm for training and mentoring others. She is detail oriented, ensures best practices are followed and provides accurate and timely information.
“Whether handling complex challenges or providing guidance to colleagues, Melinda’s insight and problem-solving abilities are a tremendous asset to our team,” wrote one of several nominators. “She fosters a collaborative, supportive work environment where her colleagues feel respected and valued. Her dedication to creating a safe, ethical and responsible workplace is an example for us all.”
Muller has worked for Memorial Health since 2015.
