Memorial Bariatric Services, part of the Memorial Wellness Center, has performed more than 2,000 bariatric surgical procedures at Springfield Memorial Hospital since it was established in 2002.

The Memorial Wellness Center offers both surgical and nonsurgical weight-loss options.
