Williams brings a positive and compassionate attitude to work every day. She works with patients and colleagues to create and maintain a safe work environment. She listens to her patients and adjusts her work plan to help them meet their goals – always in an encouraging way.

Williams recently helped when a patient required assistance into the car after discharge. Williams and two others were able to provide professional and caring help.

“They were wonderful with the patient and her husband,” wrote the nominator. “The husband was very grateful for their help and so were we.”

Williams has worked for Taylorville Memorial Hospital since 1998.
