Sarah Matlin

Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Memorial Health

As senior vice president and chief strategy officer, Sarah Matlin guides the strategic direction of Memorial Health while ensuring we remain focused on our mission.

She previously served as chief strategy officer at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, an independent health system based in northern Kentucky, and has more than a decade of experience in healthcare business development at Deloitte Consulting. She is also the founder and CEO of OKTO Strategic Advisory, which works to transform healthcare organizations through innovation.

She earned a bachelor’s degree in international business, economics and German from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and a master’s degree in business administration from Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
