Senior Vice President and Chief Community Impact and Philanthropy Officer, Memorial Health

As chief community impact and philanthropy officer, Dolan Dalpoas oversees Memorial Health’s three critical access hospitals, as well the organization’s work to improve the health and well-being of the communities it serves. Prior to taking on his current role, Dalpoas spent nearly two decades as president and CEO of Lincoln Memorial Hospital.

Dalpoas is board-certified in healthcare management and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. In September 2000, he received the Southern Illinois Regent’s Award from the American College of Healthcare Executives as the Early Career Healthcare Executive of the Year. He has also been recognized as one of the top 50 critical access hospital CEOs in the United States. In 2020, Dalpoas received a rural hospital CEO certification from the National Rural Health Association.

Dalpoas earned a bachelor of science degree from Daemen College in Amherst, New York, and a master of public health degree from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He has served on various community organizations in Lincoln, the community where he was born and raised, including Lincoln College, Lincoln Rotary, the Lincoln Area YMCA and Lincoln Economic Advancement & Development.
