Hosting the market is a hands-on way for organizations to connect with shoppers, promote their mission, and contribute to a vibrant, family-friendly market experience. How hosting works:
Organizations that choose to host the market are responsible for providing four volunteers to assist with market operations:
- AM shift: 2 volunteers (7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)
- PM shift: 2 volunteers (10:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
Volunteers will help with general market operations during their assigned shift.
Market Host Perks
In recognition of their contributions, market hosts receive the following benefits:
- A display table for your organization to showcase information or materials.
- A spotlight on The LMH Market’s social media channels
- The distinct honor of opening the market and ringing the market bell
- Each volunteer receives a $10 voucher to use on consumables during their shift
- Volunteers are permitted to wear t-shirts or other apparel promoting their organization
