Hear from Memorial Health president and CEO Mandy Eaton, help us celebrate our recent accomplishments and look ahead to our upcoming activities! Join us at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 4, at Jacksonville Country Club. Valet parking is available. The luncheon costs $26 per person, and participants will receive their table assignment upon arrival. To ensure your reservation and table seating, please mail in your reservation card or call the Volunteer Department, 447-784-3324, by Wednesday, April 22. Payment will be accepted at the event.
