Liquid Gold 101 – Preparing for Breastfeeding

In this class, you will learn how breastfeeding works, the benefits for both mom and baby, pumping techniques and potential challenges. A tour will be offered at the end of each class. Class time is approximately 90 minutes.

Classes will be held on the 3rd floor, in the DMH Family Birth Center classroom.
