Memorial Health and Springfield Clinic will co-host a free community health talk on bunions, hammertoes and other common foot conditions. The event is free and open to the public. No reservations are required.
Springfield Clinic orthopedic surgeons Benjamin Stevens, MD, and Kathleen Kay, MD, will discuss symptoms, diagnoses, treatment options, surgical procedures and recovery expectations for various foot conditions.
The presentation will include an open question-and-answer session, allowing attendees to discuss their personal foot and ankle concerns with the specialists. Both physicians focus on complex foot and ankle reconstruction, including bunions, hammertoes, flat feet, fractures, Charcot joint and total ankle arthroplasty.
