Childbirth Education Classes

Our Childbirth Education Class provides participants with support and information to help with adjustment to the changes that occur during pregnancy and after. This class is for women in their sixth month of pregnancy and their coaches. The birth process and common postpartum issues will also be covered.

This class will be held in the JMH Family Maternity Suites and Meeting Rooms.
