Kenzie Donovan, with food and nutrition at Ground Central Café, was recently named March Colleague of the Month for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital (JMH).
Donovan is well-regarded by café customers, colleagues and visitors. Every day, she helps create a warm and welcoming space that delights people who come in for a cup of coffee and leave feeling encouraged.
“Kenzie is truly the heart of Ground Central Café,” her nominator wrote. “Not just by preparing drinks with care and efficiency, but by creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone who walks up. She remembers the names and orders of regulars and often starts on their order before they even ask.”
Donovan’s kindness, positivity and work ethic uplift staff, patients and visitors alike. Her attention to detail and accuracy are appreciated as well.
“Her impact may seem small in task, but it's huge in spirit,” added her nominator.
Donovan has worked at JMH since 2023.
