Sarah Matlin has been named senior vice president and chief strategy officer at Memorial Health. Matlin will help guide the strategic direction of Memorial, which includes five hospitals, primary and urgent care clinics, behavioral health and home health services across central Illinois.
She is the founder and CEO of OKTO Strategic Advisory, which works to transform healthcare organizations through innovation. She previously served as chief strategy officer at St. Elizabeth Healthcare, an independent health system based in northern Kentucky.
She has a bachelor’s degree in international business, economics and German from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia, and a master’s degree in business administration from Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium.
