Stephanie Sieving, RN, with surgery at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for November.
Sieving is considered a pillar of the team because of her calm demeanor, clinical excellence and kindness. Her nominator described how Sieving recently stepped in to assist during a busy shift without hesitation, ensuring patients received timely care and colleagues felt supported.
“Not only did she manage her own responsibilities efficiently, but she also took time to help a new staff member acclimate, which demonstrated her commitment to mentorship and team development,” wrote her nominator. “Stephanie is an invaluable member of our hospital community. Her daily actions reflect her passion for health care and her deep respect for the people she serves.”
Sieving has worked for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2021.
