Josh Montague, an Information Services team lead, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for October.
Montague is known for seeing projects through to a high level of completion while also providing consistent support, knowledge and follow-through to colleagues. His nominator praised his integrity and accountability as well as his commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
“Josh is deeply committed to maintaining high-quality standards in everything he does,” the nominator wrote. “His work alongside application teams to decommission legacy applications is a testament to his dedication to improving systems and processes. His friendly, respectful, kind and compassionate approach has helped create a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team.”
Montague has worked for Memorial Health since 2016.
