Abbie Clements, a dietary aide at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, is the nonprofit hospital’s Colleague of the Month for October.

Clements is highly respected by her colleagues for her flexibility, kindness and work ethic. One nominator wrote that Clements works through the morning rush at the coffee shop, sometimes by herself, and always greets and cares for customers with grace and respect.

“Abbie is dedicated to giving 100% to her job,” wrote another nominator. “She is always honest if she makes a mistake, and she puts her best foot forward in all interactions with colleagues, patients and visitors.”

Clements has worked for Jacksonville Memorial Hospital since 2019.
