Allison Hall, a primary care advanced practice provider with Memorial Care in Forsyth, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Group Colleague of the Month for October.

Hall was nominated by a patient who had come in for a yearly checkup and shared about feelings of depression. Hall made the patient feel comfortable, asked appropriate questions and treated her with respect, compassion and empathy.

“I never felt like I was just another number being rushed in and out,” wrote the patient. “She listened and heard me. She involved me in conversations and decisions about my treatment. She created a safe place for me to feel heard. I am so thankful for a provider who truly listens.”

Hall has worked for Memorial Health since 2011.
