Zach Dinardo has joined Memorial Health as Chief Legal Officer, effective Sept. 22. Dinardo has more than 25 years of experience as a legal advisor in the health care field, most recently as deputy chief counsel and compliance officer at Springfield Clinic.
He graduated with high honors from the University of Illinois Springfield, earning a bachelor’s degree in health services administration. He earned a law degree from Saint Louis University School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude with a certificate in health law.
An Auburn resident, he is a member of the American Health Law Association, Illinois Association of Healthcare Attorneys, Health Care Compliance Association, Illinois State Bar Association and Sangamon County Bar Association.
