Donna Spiker, LPN, Memorial Care in Lincoln, is the Memorial Health Ambulatory Group Colleague of the Month for May.

Spiker was praised in several nominations for her helpful attitude. She never hesitates to assist other offices with immunizations, guiding patients to their rooms or with other tasks. Her positive attitude is a joy to patients and colleagues alike.

“Donna is truly an inspiration to us all,” wrote one nominator. “She is the first one to step up and take on a task whether her provider is in the office or not. She is an asset not only to our clinic but to Memorial Health.”

Another nominator wrote, “She always has a smile that intoxicates the rest of the offices.”

Spiker has worked for Memorial Health since 2009.
