Jackie Williams, a patient access specialist, is the Memorial Health System Resources Colleague of the Month for February.

Williams assists patients with registration, among many other tasks, and is appreciated by patients and colleagues for her positive and upbeat attitude at work. She is always willing to learn new things and work on projects to hone her skills.

“In our area, safety means reliability, and there is no one more reliable than Jackie on our team,” wrote one of her nominators. “She is always willing to come in early, stay late, come in on the weekends, whatever the team needs. I also think one of her strengths is how well she stewards her time while she’s on shift.”

Williams has worked for Memorial Health since 2022.
