COVID-19 testing is available at all of our urgent care locations in Springfield and Decatur.

Please note that testing at urgent care locations is only available for individuals currently experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. If you require testing for any other reason, visit the website of your local health department to learn more about alternate testing sites in your area.

COVID-19 testing is available at all of our drive-thru locations if you have a doctor’s order.

Individuals can schedule an urgent care telehealth appointment online through the Memorial App and then visit one of our drive-thru locations to get tested.

Outpatient COVID-19 Treatment

COVID-19 Treatment If you have tested positive for COVID-19 and are considered high-risk, you may qualify for outpatient treatment. Patients who are high-risk include those who are over the age of 65; who are pregnant, diabetic or overweight; who have kidney disease, immunosuppressive disease and/or are receiving immunosuppressive treatment, lung disease, cardiovascular disease or neurodevelopmental disorders. If you are interested in receiving an outpatient treatment (monoclonal antibody infusion or antiviral pills) or for more information, contact our COVID Outpatient Therapy Treatment Team.
