Event Details

Class is held at 6 p.m. on the first Monday of each month to prepare expectant parents for a successful breastfeeding experience. An IBCLC (International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant) will share what to expect in the first few days to months of life, basics of positioning/latching, how breastfeeding works, tips for starting off strong and resources for support and follow-up after discharge home from the hospital. Partners and doulas are encouraged to attend.

Classes will be held in Meeting Room 5 at JMH.
