Wellness Screenings Available at JHS Bowl on March 1

Free health screenings will be available from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. All Jacksonville residents are welcome, and no preregistration is required.

Services include:

  • HIV screening
  • Hepatitis C screening
  • Diabetes screening
  • Body mass index evaluation
  • Blood pressure screening
  • COVID-19 rapid testing

Jacksonville Memorial Hospital arranged the visit from the mobile health clinic as part of the Walking for Wellness program. Walking for Wellness provides a safe place for local residents to walk during the winter months. The JHS Bowl is open to walkers from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day Jacksonville School District 117 is in session. Walking for Wellness is free, and preregistration is not required.

The JHS Bowl is located at 215 Church St. in Jacksonville.
